We always seek superior personnel for our company. Our definition of "superior personnel" does not include academic performance or gender, but instead focuses on those people with the incentive for personal growth. Work causes us to grow. Our salary structure is not results-oriented, which has become the mainstream among corporations in recent years. Rather, ours could be said to be a seniority system based on ability. Also, though our retirement age is 60, we allow employees who have been with us for many years to work as long as they can as "employees emeritus". As of March 6, 2009, our oldest employee is 75, and we continue to set records for seniority.

Sales: Direct marketing, customer management, estimates and delivery, voucher handling
Manufacturing and technology: Setting work for the NC machines used in spring production. Production using jigs for processing.
Conditions
Sales: Age 22-30
Manufacturing and technology: Graduates of industrial high schools who specialized in machinery or electrical studies.

Primary selection method
Selection can be made at any time and is based on two stages: interviews and examinations of suitability. Notification follows in two or three days

We emphasize personal appeal and potential as a contributor to society based on the information in the application form and personal interviews. An overall evaluation will be made based on examinations of suitability and written tests.
